Cernunnos

Private Collection

45”H 17”W 24”D (Excl. staff)

Named after a Celtic forest god, Cernunnos stands tall and proud on real cattle hooves. His legs are wrapped in rabbit pelts and his torso is a deer skull with antlers. His face is made from another deer antler rack and a stone that was smiling back at me from the garden. Some miscellaneous adornments include dyed moss, pine cone needles, dyed eucalyptus leaves, a wasp nest and he carries a staff with a birds nest on top.
